Caitríona is the Manager of NCE Energy Hub, a social enterprise that assists homes, businesses & communities to become more energy efficient, reduce energy bills & move towards a low carbon future. She is also the project manager for a new paint recycling Circular Economy project at NCE which aims to provide employment opportunities for people distanced from the workforce while also reducing the amount of good quality paint that ends up in landfill. Caitríona has always had a strong interest in sustainable and inclusive design and holds a degree & master’s in architecture from University College Cork and has worked as an architect in Cork and Limerick. She is currently studying Building Performance (Energy Efficiency in Design) part time in TU Dublin. Caitríona is a Director of Cork Environmental Forum and was a director of Carbery Housing Association for 6 years.
