The Leadership Academy and Boardmatch have teamed up to run a pilot programme called Future Board Leaders.
The Leadership Academy is seeking expressions of interest from people who are interested in sitting on a voluntary board who have a traditionally underrepresented voices at board level. At the same time Boardmatch are seeking expressions of interest from Boards of voluntary organisations looking for directors from underrepresented voices.
When we successfully make a match we will be inviting the new board member to attend fully funded Board training as well as providing on-going support to help them through the first few month of board membership.
