Newsletter 10.04.2026

🌟 A big few weeks ahead — don’t miss out!
This week’s E-Bulletin highlights that there are less than two weeks to go until our Spring Plenary Meeting on April 23rd, a key opportunity for members to connect, hear updates, and have their say on the work of the network — be sure to register and spread the word within your group.

We’re also excited to spotlight an upcoming event in partnership with the Irish Environmental Network, launching National Biodiversity Week this May. This hands-on event will support communities to take practical action for nature, with workshops, expert speakers, and real-life examples to inspire local biodiversity initiatives.

Alongside this, there’s a mix of community events and initiatives, including a Home Energy Upgrade event, creative opportunities, and sustainability projects supporting circular living across Cork.

There are plenty of ways to get involved — with a wide range of voluntary vacanciesLinkage Group opportunities, and chances to contribute to local decision-making.

As always, the newsletter features funding supports such as the CLÁR programme, along with several national consultations on AI, health, and volunteering.

A timely and opportunity-filled edition — with lots of ways to connect, take action, and make your voice heard across Cork County.
