🌟 Another bumper edition packed with community news, opportunities, and ways to get involved! 🌟
This fortnight’s E-Bulletin celebrates the fantastic work happening across Cork County, with highlights including the upcoming Cork Indian Summer Fest, a celebration of culture, diversity, and community, as well as inspiring local initiatives like Mitchelstown’s Edible Town Project, showcasing the power of community-led action.
We’re also highlighting the launch of Cork County Council’s new Residents’ Association Guidebook – developed with input from our PPN representatives – alongside exciting opportunities for aspiring changemakers through the New Solutions Social Innovation Lab and the National Social Enterprise Awards.
There are plenty of ways to get involved within the PPN, with ongoing calls for members to join our Secretariat, SPCs, LCDC, and Linkage Groups, helping to ensure community voices continue to shape local decision-making.
This edition also features another strong #FundingFriday, with opportunities supporting circular economy projects, children and families, and good governance across the community and voluntary sector.
Finally, we’re highlighting several important surveys and consultations, including opportunities to have your say on childminding, youth work, and the future demand for affordable housing in Cork County.
